What are the licensing requirements in the US, for a twin engine light sport like this? Is there an easier way to get a twin engine rating for something like this?
Hi. Not sure for the US. There seem to be a number of pilots of Cricri that fly – but do they do this legally.
In New Zealand, where I am, you can fly a Cricri on a single engine licence as a special exception for which Canada let the way. Same for Franchise and Australia. Suggest you try to find a US Cricri pilot to ask.

Hi Wayne. This is your old flatmate from ChCh days, Wayne Barnett here. Nice to find what you are up to these days. I now teach in Hamilton (Visual Arts and Workshop) and have a number of my own projects – less grand than yours – on the go. It would be great to catch up one day if you are in the area.
So what do you think of the projects here?
So this is a bit narcissistic – responding your your own reply. You can do better!
